Ingredients for the Crispy Mughlai Paratha Recipe:

Regarding the dough:



              *Maida: two cups

              * Half a teaspoon of salt



              * Two tablespoons of oil

              *Water, as required


Regarding the filling:

 

           *  Two eggs


           * One onion, diced finely

           * Chopped green chilies: 1-2

           * One cup of boiled paneer or minced meat

           * 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves

           * 1 tsp garam masala

           * ½ teaspoon red chili powder

           * Add salt to taste.

           * Oil for frying

Directions:


Work the dough by kneading it: To produce a soft dough, combine oil, salt, and maida. Take a 20-minute break.


Get the filling ready by beating the eggs and adding the keema, onions, spices, and coriander. Stir thoroughly.

Roll the Paratha: Create a narrow circle out of a ball of dough.

Put the roti on a tawa, stuff it with filling in the middle, and then fold it into a square.

Cook until golden brown by shallow-frying over low heat.

Advice:


 Use mashed potatoes and paneer for a vegetarian variation.



For added taste, add lemon juice or kasuri methi.
